Fee: $70 per person
ARRIVAL: Please plan to arrive at the wharf at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. (Wayland’s Wharf, 137 101-1-22), Stonington, CT 06378.
WEATHER: If the wind is up and we are not able to head out, trip will be cancelled (no alternative activity) and registration fee will be refunded.
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE: As we’ll be exploring a working kelp farm, it’s important to dress appropriately. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Closed-toe shoes with a good grip are essential for safety on board.
Additionally, please be prepared for the possibility of changing weather conditions by bringing layers and a waterproof jacket.
*Note that Minimum Age of participants will be 14, due to the availability of properly sized PFDs.
WAIVER REQUIREMENT: For the safety of all participants, we require that each guest completes and signs a waiver before coming aboard the boat. You can review and sign the waiver (attached) or sign your waiver on the docks. Please take a moment to review this before the tour to streamline the check-in process.
